1. Description of Service

Alabaso LLC dba Virtual Assistants Agency provides the Sovereign Intelligence Factory, an AI-augmented service suite. By using our services, you acknowledge that outputs are generated or modified by Artificial Intelligence.

2. AI Accuracy & Liability (The "Hallucination" Clause)

Client acknowledges that AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected results ("hallucinations"). Alabaso LLC does not warrant the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content. Human-in-the-loop review is required. Alabaso LLC dba Virtual Assistants Agency is not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs.

3. Washington HB 1170 Compliance (NEW for March 2026)

In accordance with Washington State Law, Alabaso LLC discloses that services utilize generative AI. Client is responsible for maintaining the manifest and latent provenance data (AI labels) in any media provided by the Factory if used for public distribution.

4. Data Ownership

Inputs: You own all data and prompts you provide.

Outputs: Upon full payment, Alabaso LLC grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the AI-generated outputs for your business.

The Factory: Alabaso LLC retains all rights to its underlying "Sovereign Intelligence Factory" workflows, proprietary prompts, and automation structures.

5. A2P SMS & Communication

Clients using our automation tools must comply with all A2P 10DL regulations. Alabaso LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts that trigger high carrier "Spam" flags, as this threatens the survival of our internal systems and other clients.
